The Cadet Command Public Affairs Internship Program is designed as a hands on, media work environment. Your students will produce news releases, stories, features, photos, digital and multimedia products in support of the training that is the foundation for ROTC Cadets to become officers in the Army. Their work will appear on our websites and social media platforms, and may be featured in local and regional outlets. Interns must be able to juggle multiple assignments at a time. Interns will be reimbursed for travel expenses to and from their home/university to Fort Knox. Additionally they will be paid a $55 per day stipend to cover costs of meals and incidentals. Housing is provided at no cost to the interns. They will be living in two-person rooms in Army barracks near the training area.
