Hope for the Breath-less
Strategic communication position for Hope for the Breath-less Charity whose three-fold purpose is: 1) To raise research funding for a rare lung disease called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis; 2) To assist patients who have large medical bills; 3) To educate the public about the disease and its devastating consequences. Position will require 5-10 hours a week to help organize and coordinate activities on both social media and the website. If possible, also hope to find applicants who can write a script and produce a video to be used for fundraising and education purposes. US Army Cadet Command
The Army has internship opportunities for broadcasting students at the ROTC Cadet Summer Training Public Affairs Office at Fort Knox, Ky., from May 17 to August 17. It is open to students who will be rising sophomores, juniors or seniors. Deadline for applications is March 31. Interns are reimbursed for travel expenses to and from their home to Fort Knox.
